With over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Michael has truly done it all. The multi-award-winning editor has won 26 Promax Awards, 5 Telly Awards and has been nominated for many others.

After cutting his first feature at 19 years old and graduating from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, Michael moved to Los Angeles to begin his career as an editor. Over the years, Michael has worked on feature films, television shows, movie trailers, promos, commercials, music videos, documentaries, and short films.

At VH1, Michael was an editor on the Emmy-nominated series “Behind The Music,” where he cut episodes documenting: Lynyrd Skynyrd, Billy Joel, Sonny Bono, Selena, and more. Michael also worked on "The Chelsea Handler Show” at E!, where he produced, directed, and edited sketches for Chelsea’s weekly comedy show.

Michael’s clients have included Warner Bros., HBO Max, DC Universe, New Line Cinema, Fox, Sony, ABC, CBS, MTV, VH1, E!, B2+, and Play Creative.

Michael has edited and produced marketing campaigns for series and films like The Big Bang Theory, Friends, Doom Patrol, Mom, The Flash, Titans, Blindspot, and many, many more.

Michael doesn’t just use the tools he edits with; he also helps design them. For years, he has worked with Avid on developing new features for Avid Media Composer and consulted with Boris on developing new effects and templates for Boris Sapphire Effects.

In his spare time, Michael likes to snowboard, spend time with his girlfriend, family, and dogs, and work on his upcoming novel.
